Our review
★★★☆☆ 2.9
Gaydar was the UK gay community’s home page in the 2000s, complete with its own radio station, before Grindr rewired everything. It survives with a loyal older membership and a functional app. More heritage brand than growth story, but heritage counts for something.
Pros
- Iconic UK brand
- Loyal long-term members
- Web and app both maintained
Cons
- Past its cultural peak
- Older-skewing base
- Grindr owns the grid era
