BlackPeopleMeet predates the app era and remains the largest web-first community for Black singles in the US, run by Match Group’s People Media division. It skews older and more relationship-minded than its swipe-app sibling BLK. The platform shows its age, and messaging requires a subscription, but two decades of brand recognition keep the pool substantial.
